Qinglong Panel Pro User
Agreement

Welcome to Qinglong Panel Pro ("the app"), provided by the developer
Shibo Zhang ("we"). Please read this agreement before use. By tapping
"Accept" or starting to use the app, you confirm that you have read and
agree to this agreement and the Qinglong Panel Pro Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The app is a client tool that uses the API of a Qinglong panel (an
open-source scheduled task platform) you deploy yourself to view and
manage that panel's scheduled tasks, environment variables,
subscriptions, scripts, dependencies, logs, config files and system
information, and to change account and security settings such as the
panel password, two-factor authentication and avatar.
The app does not include the Qinglong server and provides no servers,
scripts or subscription content. Every feature depends on the Qinglong
panel you deploy and configure.
2. Acceptable use
- Connect only to Qinglong panels you own or are authorized to manage,
and keep panel addresses, passwords and app secrets safe.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the
People's Republic of China. Do not use the app or the services it
manages to run scripts or tasks that infringe the rights of others,
damage computer systems or are otherwise unlawful.
- Actions you perform on the panel through the app (such as running or
deleting tasks, editing scripts and configs, installing or removing
dependencies, deleting logs, restarting the panel, changing the account
password or turning two-factor authentication on or off) are your own
decisions and responsibility. Deletions usually cannot be undone, so act
with care.
- After turning on two-factor authentication, keep the authenticator
secret safe; if you lose it you may be unable to sign in and will need
to fix it on the server yourself.
- If you tick "Remember username and password", your credentials are
stored encrypted on this device, and anyone who holds and can unlock the
device can manage your panel. On shared devices, leave it unticked or
sign out when you are done.
- The app keeps the panel data it last read (which may include
sensitive content such as environment variables and scripts) on the
device for offline viewing. Keep your device secure; sign out, delete
the server or uninstall the app to remove this data.
3. Intellectual property
Rights to the app's interface design, icon and code belong to the
developer. Names such as "Qinglong" are used only to describe API
compatibility and belong to their respective owners. The app is not
affiliated with or endorsed by the Qinglong project or its authors.
4. Disclaimer
- The app is provided "as is". Because panel versions, networks and
devices differ, we do not guarantee that it works in every
environment.
- In offline mode the app shows data from the last sync, which may
differ from the panel's current state; rely on the data read after
reconnecting.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions,
data loss or other damage caused by your server configuration, network
conditions, the scripts you run, third-party software or force
majeure.
5. Changes and termination
We may update this agreement when needed and will publish the new
version in the app. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop
using and uninstall the app.
6. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of
China.
